RTD beer beverages

Our research & development team can develop flavour systems that can transform your beer into a trendy RTD beer beverage. We have included a few examples of some beer cocktails consisting of various ingredients. Our NOVOsolutions simply consist of ONE flavour system that is simply added to specific beer bases.

The Eclipse

 

Original recipe: Muddle 4 raspberries, 6 blueberries, and 3 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add 1½ oz. tequila silver and 1½ oz. sour mix, and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice, and top with beer (Source: Cosmopolitan.com)

The Campari IPA

 

Original recipe: Take two rocks glasses and put two to three ice cubes in each one. Divide 50ml of Campari between the glasses and top with 300ml IPA. Add a splash of sparkling orange juice (we used San Pellegrino sparkling blood orange) and rub a piece of orange peel around the rim of each glass before dropping into the drink (source: bbcgoodfood.com)
