Fried chicken and glazed donuts collide in KFC’s new Kentucky Fried Chicken & Donuts. The combination comes in a basket and as a sandwich.
Krispy Kreme collaborated with The Ferrero Group to develop two new candy bar-donut hybrids: the Butterfinger Original Filled Doughnut and the Butterfinger Fudge Cake Doughnut.
“We’ve done it,” said Dave Skena, chief marketing officer at Krispy Kreme. “We’ve achieved our goal of putting krispety, crunchety, glazey, chocolatey and peanut buttery all in a donut. Fans of both brands are going to love the chocolatey crunchiness of Butterfinger matched with the airy sweetness of Krispy Kreme.”
Ice cream and cookies converge in two new offerings from Cold Stone Creamery created in collaboration with Mondelez International, Inc. and The Ferrero Group: Golden Oreo Cookie Ice Cream and Circus Animal Cookies Ice Cream.

Pizza pairs with mozzarella sticks in Pizza Hut’s new Mozzarella Poppers Pizza. The pie featured crust topped with 16 crispy mozzarella-stuffed squares.
