Her new cookbook, Downtime: Deliciousness at Home, is full of techniques and recipes she has tested in her own kitchen or picked up while working at the world-famous restaurant Noma in Copenhagen with her husband, René Redzepi. And many of her recipes hinge on the idea that dinner can and should be for breakfast. Here, Levy Redzepi explains how she prepares the first meal of the day.
